Council Meetings

The council meets on the third Monday of every month.

Meetings are held at village halls throughout the area and usually start at 7.00 pm.

At each meeting there will be a fifteen-minute preliminary meeting to hear matters raised by members of the public for future consideration. Members of the council are not permitted to respond, except to ask questions for the purposes of clarification. Any matters raised in this way and requiring a response or action will be considered by the council at a future meeting.
